Each of the 2024 1 oz Australian Gold Lunar Coins offered here comes individually in an acrylic capsule. Multiples of the coins are sealed in rolls of 20 coins, with each coin in a capsule, and boxes of 100 coins available with five rolls inside. All coins are in Brilliant Uncirculated condition.
The 2024 Year of the Dragon release features a unique mint mark on the reverse. The coins have a special P125 mint mark that commemorates the 125th anniversary of the founding of Perth Mint in 1899. At the time, Perth Mint was the third branch of the Royal Mint established in Australia.
In the obverse of 2024 Australian Gold Lunar Dragon Coins, Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II is featured. This right-profile relief was created in 2015 by Jody Clark and captures the Queen with the George IV State Diadem. As the memorial bust of Her Late Majesty, this design element also includes the 70-year date mark for her reign as Queen of England.
On the reverse side of 2024 1 oz Gold Lunar Dragons, you will find Ing Ing Jong’s image of the Chinese dragon. This field of the coins includes both the P125 mint mark and a micro-engraved security mark.
