The majority of orders ship out within one (1) business day of cleared payment. From there, delivery time will vary depending on your selected shipping method. If your order ships via the United States Postal Service, it will usually be delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on your location relevant to our fulfillment center in Las Vegas, Nevada. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, unfortunately, because that is, ultimately, dependent on the mail carrier. Below are the common time frames for most orders most of the time, broken down by payment method:

Paper Check: Most paper check orders will be marked Paid by 4:00 p.m. CST the same day the check is deposited; however, we cannot predict how long itll take USPS to get the check to us. Paper checks take 3-5 business days to clear with our Billing Department from the date on which they are marked Paid. Once cleared, most paper check orders ship within 1 business day. Depending on shipping method, paper check orders should be delivered within 1-5 business days of shipment.

Credit/Debit Card: Most credit/debit card orders will be marked Paid within 24 business hours of order placement. Credit/debit card payments clear immediately, and most of these orders ship within 1 business day of cleared payment. Depending on shipping method, credit/debit card orders should be delivered within 1-5 business days of shipment.

PayPal: Most PayPal orders are marked Paid almost instantly upon order placement and clear immediately upon being marked Paid. Most PayPal orders ship within 1 business day of cleared payment. Depending on shipping method, PayPal orders should be delivered within 1-5 business days of shipment.

Bank Wire: Most bank wire orders will be marked Paid within half a business day of the initiation of the bank wire transfer. Bank wire payments clear immediately upon receipt, and most of these orders ship within 1 business day of cleared payment. Depending on shipping method, bank wire orders should be delivered within 1-5 business days of shipment.

Bitcoin: Most bitcoin orders are marked Paid within 24 business hours of order placement. Bitcoin payments clear immediately, and most of these orders ship within 1 business day of cleared payment. Depending on shipping method, bitcoin orders should be delivered within 1-5 business days of shipment.

Orders under $1000 will not require a signature unless that option is selected and paid for at checkout. Orders over $1000 will always require a signature for delivery.

We only ship to U.S. addresses (including P.O. Boxes and APO addresses).

Depending on your method of payment, it is possible to have your order shipped to an address other than your billing address. If you pay with paper check, bank wire, or bitcoin, you may have your order shipped wherever you please, with two exceptionsUPS locations and mail forwarding locations. However, if you pay with a credit/debit card, your billing and shipping addresses must be the same, and theymust match the billing address your card issuer has on file. If you pay via PayPal, your order must ship to a PayPal Verified address.

An email notification will be sent when your order ships.

You may choose how your order is shipped during the checkout process. In the last section of the checkout page, "4 Shipping Method," you will see the available shipping options for your order. The first option is the free shipping we are providing. That will be selected by default. This free shipping is always USPS,so please look at the pre-selected option for verification of mail carrier. If you do not want your order shipped via that mail carrier or want to upgrade your shipping, you may choose one of the other options for a small fee. Simply click on the circle next to the shipping method you desire, and your order will be shipped via that method.

USPS does not consider a package lost or stolen until fifteen (15) days have passed since the last tracking update (excluding Sundays and federal holidays). In the unlikely event your tracking does not update by the fifteenthday, we will be allowed to initiate the claims process. Prior to that, all we can do is notify USPS of the situation. Please contact us if your tracking does not update for fifteen (15) days, so our Claims Department can act accordingly.

Unfortunately, due to the way insurance is applied to an order, everything must ship at the same time (i.e., in-stock items must await shipment until all presale items have arrived). Your order will ship in its entirety within 24-72 hours of our receiving the presale item. An email notification will be sent when your order ships.

Orders are shipped in inconspicuous packaging via either USPS or UPS.* All shipments are fully insured. Our shipping policy, which is based on order size, can be viewed here.
