Although this meteorite was seen and verified by several people, the exact date of this impact has never been established. What we do know is that the Tenham meteorite fell in 1879 in a remote area of Australia, near Tenham station. Smaller fragments of the large meteorite were found within a 12-mile by 3-mile radius.
