Morgan Silver Dollars pre-2021 were made with .7734 Troy oz of fine silver content while nowadays they’ll contain .858 Troy oz of .999 pure silver. Assistant Engraver George T. Morgan designed the obverse and reverse fields of these coins as the coin program is also named after him.

Coins in this condition have above-average mint luster for the date mark, may have either a few smaller scattered contact marks or two heavier ones, and may also have one or two patches of hairlines.
