The new Mercury bullion range from Sunshine includes a variety of silver options. Aside from the gold bars in the collection, the silver bullion products come with options that include a 1 oz silver round, 1 oz silver bar, these 10 oz silver bars, a 1 Kilo silver bar, and a 100 oz silver bar.
Mercury is typically depicted wearing a winged hat (petasus) and winged sandals (talaria), which allowed him to move swiftly. He also carried a caduceus, a staff with two entwined serpents, which became a symbol of medicine and healing. With the exception of the sandals, these common visual elements are captured in the Sunshine Mercury design.
On the obverse of the 10 oz Mercury Silver Bar, you will find a depiction of the Roman messenger god. Here, his muscular physique is shown in right-profile relief with his winged helmet and the caduceus staff in his right hand. The design appears to capture the messenger god in motion.
The reverse side of Sunshine Mercury Silver Bar comes with a depiction the SMI logo. The logo is set at the top of the bar. Other markings include the weight, purity, and metal content, as well as the Sunshine Eagle that serves as the Enhanced SMI Security feature on the bar.
