License plates go back to 1783 when King Louis XVI mandated that all carriage drivers in Paris have metal plates with their names and addresses fixed on them. Over a century later, France became the first country to issue registration tags. By 1918, all 48 states in America were issuing license plates. Now, with the Stackin’ Across America Series, you can hold a full-color license plate in your hand. JM Bullion is proud to bring to you the 1 oz Colorized Stacking Across America Arkansas License Plate Silver Bar.
Bar Highlights:
Arkansas first required its residents to display license plates in 1911, before 1911, plates were issued by cities in Arkansas. The design shown on this bar is a replica of the state plate in Arkansas which has remained consistent since 2006. The diamond featured in the center of the plate is the first major design element to be shown on an Arkansas plate as before 2006 plates were essentially a single color with just a serial number, the state name, and a motto.
The Arkansas plate is featured on the obverse of the Stacking Across America Arkansas License Plate Silver Bar. This showcases a white and blue background with a diamond shown in the center and the state name at the top of the plate.
The reverse of the 1 oz Colorized Stacking Across America Arkansas License Plate Bar features an American flag rippling in the wind. This flag is shown with the name of the series displayed in front of the flag. This image is present on the reverse field of every bar in the series.
Each 1 oz Colorized Stacking Across America Arkansas License Plate Silver Bar will arrive in its own capsule to preserve the condition of the silver bar. Each state bar has a limited mintage of just 1,000 with each bar containing a full-color spectrum thanks to UV printing technology.
