We wanted to provide our customers with an important update about our company and current free shipping policy.
Over the last several months, we have experienced record order volume and while we are doing our best to keep up, it is extremely difficult to scale up operations during these times. Additionally, the recent surge in spot prices has created even more demand as the market conditions are changing rapidly.
That being said, we simply cannot ship the orders as fast as we’d like, and as a result, we are making a change to our shipping policy.
Effective immediately, our free shipping threshold is changing from $99 to $199. The shipping fee for orders below $199 is $7.99.
Please understand we did not take this decision lightly, but felt this was the best option as it encourages customers to place fewer, larger orders so we can continue to get orders shipped out ASAP.
