Colorized Zombucks – the Apocalypse in Color!

Zombucks Rounds have captivated collectors several years now. From the first series that featured zombified images of famous US coin designs to the new Zombucks World collection, the concept of a currency of the apocalypse has proven exciting to collectors. As the Zombucks Series of products continues to grow, there’s an exciting new release with Colorized Zombucks World silver rounds!

Familiar Designs, Fresh Twist

Fans of the newer Zombucks World Series are no doubt familiar with the zombified designs inspired by modern bullion coins from around the world. While the likes of Pandamonium, Kookaburried, Kangaruin, and Mortuga are already well-known for their silver and copper releases, the Colorized Zombucks World release brings a fresh take on these designs with awe-inspiring colorization.

Colorized Zombucks World rounds will launch with the four designs currently available in the series. Rather than running down the details and background of each design, let’s focus instead on the brilliance of the colorization that brings a new layer of detail to each design:

• Pandamonium – the impact of the apocalypse on the body of the panda is now vividly evident in this colorized finish, with its muscle and tissue distinctly separable by the eye from its black-and-white fur. The jungle in the background burns with hues of red, yellow, and orange while a toxic green fills the air.
• Kookaburied – the fallout from apocalyptic events is evident in this haunting design, with the kookaburra’s feathers falling from its frame as its flesh begins to decay. The background field offers sullen colors with dark, neutral tones befitting a bleak, chaotic environment.
• Kangaruin – a vibrant display greets the eyes as you view the decaying kangaroo in this issue. Like other animals in the Zombucks World Series, the apocalypse has taken its toll on the kangaroo as its fur decays and its muscles, tissue, and bones are visible beneath its skin. The background offers a radioactive glow array of red, yellow, and orange hues from a sunburst background with psychedelic blues, purples, and greens around the edge.
• Mortuga – the apocalypse knows no bounds as it has reached the world’s oceans and cracked the hardest of shells. As the Hawksbill turtle swims through radioactive waters, you can see the impact of the virus on all sea life. The turtle’s shell is cracking, exposing its inner organs and skeletal frame. Look closely at the toxic, blue-green waters and you’ll see other sealife around the turtle has completely decayed to bone.

Colorized Zombucks Rounds are available as 1 oz silver rounds with .999 pure silver content. Each one has colorization on both sides of the round, with the colorized theme matching on both sides. The rounds are presented in square capsules with a themed outer shipper. Each design is limited to just 1,200 colorized rounds.
