OFFICIAL RULES AND DISCLAIMERS

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE PRIZE IN THE JM BULLION MINI MONSTER BOX GIVEAWAY, FEATURING A PELICAN CASE WITH 100 OUNCES OF SILVER (THE “GIVEAWAY” OR “MINI MONSTER BOX GIVEAWAY”). THE GIVEAWAY IS OPEN TO ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS (DEFINED BELOW) WHO SUBMIT A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AND CONSENT TO RECEIVE MARKETING EMAILS AND COMMUNICATIONS FROM JM BULLION, INC. (“JMB”, THE “COMPANY”, “US”, OR “WE”).
ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS MAY ENTER THE GIVEAWAY ONCE DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD BY SUBMITTING THEIR NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS. EACH VALID SUBMISSION COUNTS AS ONE (1) ENTRY FOR THE GIVEAWAY DRAWING. ADDITIONAL ENTRIES MAY BE EARNED DURING EACH ENTRY PERIOD BY USING A REFERRAL LINK. EACH CONFIRMED VALID REFERRAL EMAIL EARNS ONE (1) EXTRA ENTRY, AS DETAILED BELOW. PURCHASES OR PAYMENTS WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and it is Void Where Prohibited. The Eligible Entrant (defined below) who wins the prize (defined below) will be responsible for all taxes related to receipt of the prize.
The 2026 Mini Monster Box Giveaway Drawings will be held at 9:00 AM CST on May 29, 2026 (the “Giveaway Drawing”). Entries may be submitted between January 12, 2026 and May 28, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”).
Only entries submitted during the Giveaway Period and before the upcoming Giveaway Drawing will be eligible for the Giveaway Drawing. One (1) winner will be selected at the Giveaway Drawing to receive the prize described below. JMB reserves the right to amend these Official Rules and Disclaimers, including, but not limited to, adding Giveaway Drawings and extending the Giveaway Period.
The Mini Monster Box Giveaway is sponsored by JM Bullion, Inc. (the “Sponsor” or “JMB”), whose principal business address is 11700 Preston Road, Suite 660153, Dallas, Texas 75230.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE?
The Mini Monster Box Giveaway is open to any natural person who is a legal resident of the United States of America, including the District of Columbia, who: (1) has reached their eighteenth (18) birthday prior to the Giveaway Period, and (2) provides Sponsor with his or her own valid email address in order to receive marketing emails and similar communications from Sponsor (“Eligible Entrants”). An Eligible Entrant cannot win a prize more than once during the Giveaway Period.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following individuals are not eligible to enter the Mini Monster Box Giveaway and thus are not Eligible Entrants:
- Employees of the Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies and affiliated entities, and such employees’ immediate families (parent, child, sibling, and spouse of any of the foregoing) and persons living in the households of any of the foregoing, whether related by blood or law.
- Residents of the states of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island.
By entering, each Eligible Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and Disclaimers. An Eligible Entrant may be disqualified if they have provided false information or attempt to tamper with the Giveaway. The decisions of the Sponsor regarding the Giveaway are final and binding in all respects.
HOW TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY?
Eligible Entrants may enter the Giveaway by providing their first and last name and a valid email address to earn one (1) entry into the Giveaway. Additionally, Eligible Entrants may earn additional entries by sharing the link provided when he/she enters the Giveaway with others via email or social media channels and, for each additional Eligible Entrant who enters the Giveaway using that link and confirms a valid email address thereafter, the initial Eligible Entrant will also earn one (1) entry.
Through the provision of a valid email address, the Eligible Entrant consents to the receipt of marketing emails and similar communications from the Sponsor. Each valid email submission counts as one (1) entry for the applicable Giveaway Drawing during the Giveaway Period.
WHAT IS THE WINNER SELECTION PROCESS?
WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED VIA RANDOM DRAWING FROM ALL ELIGIBLE ENTRIES, HELD AT 9:00 AM CST ON MAY 29, 2026.
Only entries submitted before the upcoming Giveaway Drawing are eligible for the Giveaway Drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
One (1) winner will be selected in the Giveaway Drawing (“winner”). The Sponsor will notify the winner via the email provided at entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. Upon notification, the winner will have five (5) business days to complete and return the Sponsor provided “Affidavit & Release” and an IRS Form W-9 (together, the “Verification Documentation”). Once received and verified, the prize will be shipped to the address provided in the Verification Documentation. If the winner does not return the Verification Documentation within five (5) business days or refuses or is unable to accept the prize, then that initially selected winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize. The Sponsor will then conduct another random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period and select an alternative winner. The alternative winner must then complete and return the Verification Documentation within five (5) business days or forfeit the prize. If the alternative winner also forfeits the prize, Sponsor may donate the prize or its value to a charity of its choice. All prize claims are subject to verification. The Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all Giveaway matters.
WHAT IS THE PRIZE AND HOW IS IT VALUED?
One (1) prize will be awarded in the Mini Monster Box Giveaway. The single Mini Monster Box Giveaway prize will include one (1) pelican case with one hundred (100) ounces of silver. Silver is a commodity with fluctuating values, and the prize will have a retail value of approximately the “live spot price” for 100 ounces of silver on the date of drawing. As of the start of the Giveaway Period, the prize is valued at approximately $5,500.
RESTRICTIONS, ADDITIONAL PRIZE TERMS, AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
Taxes and Prize Restrictions: All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. SPONSOR is not liable for lost or stolen prizes once delivered.
General Conditions: Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules and Disclaimers does not waive that provision. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, the JM BULLION website, and/or the legitimate operation of the Mini Monster Box Giveaway, or who violates these Official Rules or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor may void suspect entries or cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if necessary to maintain fairness and integrity. No communication with entrants about the Giveaway will occur outside what is outlined in these Official Rules.
Email Consent: By entering the Mini Monster Box Giveaway, you consent to Sponsor adding you to Sponsor’s mailing list for marketing emails. You can opt out of receiving these emails at any time.
Entrant’s Personal Data: Information collected from or provided by entrants is subject to the JMB Privacy Policy, available online at https://www.jmbullion.com/privacy-policy/.
Internet Conditions: Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, data corruption, email or network issues, or late/misdirected entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any entries in the Mini Monster Box Giveaway that are not properly entered due to data corruption or not received correctly, or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email, or on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to entrant’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Mini Monster Box Giveaway. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned due to tampering, fraud, technical failure or difficulties, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway.
Disputes: Except where prohibited by law, Eligible Entrants agree: (a) that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas or the appropriate court located in Dallas, Texas; (b) that any and all claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred, including costs associated with entering the Giveaway, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) to waive any and all rights to claim indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. These Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas.
RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE MINI MONSTER BOX GIVEAWAY, ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS JM BULLION, INC. AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, LEGAL AND PROMOTIONAL PARTNERS, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED ENTITIES”) FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND – WHETHER TO PERSON (INCLUDING DEATH) OR PROPERTY – ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM:
- ENTRY OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS GIVEAWAY OR IN ANY GIVEAWAY RELATED ACTIVITY;
- ACCEPTANCE, RECEIPT, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE; OR
- CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR PRIZE DELIVERY.
THE RELEASED ENTITIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY OR USE OF THE PRIZE. THE RELEASED ENTITIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, BANKRUPTCY, OR TERRORISM.
ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
