Here at JM Bullion, our shipping and insurance rates are extremely simple. We currently ship to all 50 of the United States, and shipping rates are based only on order value: orders less than $1,000 have one set of shipping rates, orders of $1,000 to $10,000 have another set of shipping rates, and orders of $10,000 or more have a third set of shipping rates. These rates include full shipping insurance, and apply regardless of your location within the USA. Details below:
Orders of Less Than $1,000
Orders that total less than $1,000 have three options for shipping:
- USPS Priority – $14.99 (including Delivery and/or Signature Confirmation and insurance)
- UPS Ground – $14.99 (including full private insurance)
- UPS Overnight – $29.99 (including full private insurance)
Orders of $1,000 to $10,000
Orders that total $1,000 to $10,000 have two options for shipping:
- UPS Ground – FREE (including full private insurance)
- UPS Overnight – $29.99 (including full private insurance)
Orders of $10,000 or More
Orders that total $10,000 or more have one option for shipping:
- UPS Overnight - FREE (including full private insurance)
Shipment Packaging
When mailing valuable precious metals, discretion and protection are key. Your products are securely wrapped in protective packaging, then placed in the shipping box along with packing peanuts to prevent the products from shifting during shipping.
Our labels, return address, and packaging do not give any indication of the valuable contents of the package, so you can rest assured that your packages will arrive safe and sound.
Shipment Tracking
When you place an order at JM Bullion, you can track your order’s progress from the time of creation until your products are delivered to your doorstep. By visiting the My Account area of our site and clicking your order number, you can follow your order’s progress as we process your payment, prepare your package for shipping, and mail the package for delivery.
You will receive email notification as soon as your package ships, and from that point on you can follow the package’s progress in the My Account area of our site. Due to the risk of fraudulent address changes, we cannot give away individual tracking numbers for your shipments. However, in the My Account area you can view the package’s location, progress, estimated delivery date, and shipping notifications (exactly as if you were using the tracking tools from USPS.com or UPS.com).
More About Shipping Insurance
To ensure complete customer confidence, every single package we ship is sent with full shipping insurance. This means that in the extremely unlikely case your package is lost or damaged in transit, you have the option of a full refund or another shipment of your products. To date, we have never had a single shipping insurance claim.
- Orders sent via USPS Priority are sent with full USPS shipping insurance.
- Orders sent via UPS Ground or UPS Overnight are sent with full private shipping insurance provided by Parcel Pro.
