Here at JM Bullion, our shipping and insurance rates are extremely simple. We have base shipping rates for the 48 continental states, and also ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses at slightly higher rates. PO Boxes have to go by Registered Mail, thus have additional charges. Our base rates are listed below:

Shipment Packaging
When mailing valuable precious metals, discretion and protection are key. Your products are securely wrapped in protective packaging, then placed in the shipping parcel along with packing peanuts to prevent the products from shifting during shipping.
Our labels, return address, and packaging do not give any indication of the valuable contents of the package, so you can rest assured that your packages will arrive safe and sound. Please note we reserve the right to combine orders for shipping and will not refund shipping rates on concurrent orders.
Shipment Tracking
When you place an order at JM Bullion, you can track your order’s progress from the time of creation until your products are delivered to your doorstep. By visiting the My Account area of our site and clicking your order number, you can follow your order’s progress as we process your payment, prepare your package for shipping, and mail the package for delivery.
You will receive email notification as soon as your package ships, and from that point on you can follow the package’s progress in the My Account area of our site. Due to the risk of fraudulent address changes, we cannot give away individual tracking numbers for your shipments. However, in the My Account area you can view the package’s location, progress, estimated delivery date, and shipping notifications (exactly as if you were using the tracking tools from USPS.com or UPS.com).
More About Shipping Insurance
To ensure complete customer confidence, every single package we ship is sent with full shipping insurance. This means that in the extremely unlikely case your package is lost or damaged in transit, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that our insurance policies only extend to packages in transit – once the carrier obtains the Adult Signature for UPS packages or completes the delivery for USPS packages, our insurance policies cease coverage.
