JM Bullion makes every effort to offer the lowest available prices on gold and silver products. Our prices are listed at exceptionally small mark ups, and we constantly ensure that we have the best prices possible along with a variety of products to choose from.
There are absolutely no hidden fees or charges on any order that is placed with JM Bullion. The prices listed are the prices you will pay. There is no “service charge” or “commissions” or anything else. You will receive the listed price plus applicable shipping charges, and never anything additional.
We answer your phone calls right away, we respond to emails in a timely manner, and if we miss any attempt at contact we will get back to you as soon as possible. We know as well as anyone that personal contact is imperative, and we don’t want you to feel like you are ever more than a phone call away from reaching us.
Our Pricing Structure
Here at JM Bullion, all of our products are priced in accordance with the live spot prices of gold and silver charts. We use an up to the second data-feed from Xignite.com to ensure our spot prices are always as accurate and up-to-date as possible.
Each of our product’s prices are based on the spot price of the metal plus a small premium. Our premiums over spot price are some of the lowest in the retail industry, and we also offer quantity discounts on virtually all of our products. In addition, if you choose to pay for your order using a paper check or bank wire, we offer a further 4% discount over our normal prices.
When you look at our product pages you will see our current prices, as well as quantity discounts and payment method discounts. Note that these prices are “fluid” and are constantly changing based on the latest spot price of each metal.
“Locking in” Product Prices
Since the spot prices of gold and silver, and thus our product prices, change so often, we can’t “lock” in your prices until you reach our checkout page. As soon as you advance from our Shopping Cart to Checkout, your product prices will be locked in for 10 minutes.
Virtually all of our customers complete the simple checkout process within the allotted 10 minute timeframe, but if you don’t, don’t worry. You will not be interrupted during checkout — you will just have to approve new, up-to-date prices before finalizing your order.
By locking in your prices before checkout, as well as allowing you to approve/decline updated prices if you exceed the 10 minute checkout period, we ensure that a customer is never charged more than expected.
