I am new to the PM world, but I chose JM Bullion and I am glad I did. A relatively small order, just 10 rounds and 5 2014 Silver Eagle coins. Easy to navigate site, easy payment and super fast extremely well packed shipping. This will not be my only order from this company. The items are beautiful and in great condition. I was planning on just getting rounds, but I have since been re-evaluating and will probably go half and half with rounds and coins. The designs are sweet and the extra $ for coins is pretty negligible.

This is my 2nd purchase from JMB and both have gone smoothly. I use a check which is a slower process but worth the value. My first purchase I messed up my check and JMB fixed it to my credit! I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first as buying gold and silver online was something I never had done before, so I made my first purchase of a 5 gram gold bar, I waited and waited and the usps tracking number showed it in transit, I finally made a second purchase of some silver eagle coins and changed the shipping to priority. The good news is I received the coins yesterday in mint condition and I called JM Bullion about the 5 gram bar that the usps still has not delivered and they said I will either get a new shipment or my money back, thanks JM Bullion and I just placed another order this morning. I received my 30 American Silver Eagle, 2014 coins yesterday. USPS worker had me sign for them at my door. Package was a bear to get into. All 30 coins were in 20 coin tubes, 20 in one, 10 in the other which was packed with bubble wrap to keep them secure during shipment. All 30 coins were flawless. No scratches or milk spotting. Easily MS62 or better. Will package them individually. Hard not to want to hold them in my hand, but want them to remain pristine. Will keep one out for show and tell to my friends!

This is my 5th order from JM Bullion. I have done a lot of comparisons with at least 20 different dealers and have yet to find one that is a cheap as JMB. The others may be cheaper per coin but they by far make up for it and more with shipping charges. I have found JMB to be at least a dollar cheaper then the nearest seller when including shipping costs

No question, the product is perfect and the price is good. Include free shipping and you just can’t beat JM Bullion. My only complaint is that I pay by check to get the best price. I don’t receive the coins for 10-14 days after ordering.

JM needs to offer online checking/billing! Either that, or give returning customers the cash discount for debit cards.

I am a first timer. I talked to two representatives on the phone who were very very helpful in choosing my options, not so much the live chat person. I was a little disappointed that it is being sent UPS ground because I am anxious to see the products but it is free. They are very competitive and made it very easy and quick to buy. After purchasing well over 500 oz. of silver bullion bars, this was my first bullion coin purchase. The twenty 2014 AE Silver BU coins arrived as promised in a U.S. Mint tube in pristine condition. The packaging is outstanding and very tamper-proof.

Three days was all it took from the time I ordered. I will be ordering one or two rolls of both AE’s and Canadian Silver Maple Leafs monthly moving forward. There are not enough superlatives to describe JM Bullion. FREE S&H; carefully packaged items and lowest prices I’ve ever found; but their attention to the little details makes more of an impact. Their website has to be among the best.
Orders of 20 ASEs come in US Mint tubes which I like very much.
Even more important; it’s obvious to me JM does not search/pick over/open any tubes. My gold eagle arrived in an individual flip. I average one transaction a month.

I purchased the minimum order of 5 silver eagles to see how fast the shipping would be and take a good look at the coins. The coins arrived a day earlier than expected. They are in perfect condition. I will be buying more and in higher quantities from JMBullion.com. The price is the best with shipping that I can find for silver eagles, especially if you are not buying huge quantities at a time.

With premium price variations of the items I’m considering being only a few cents apart between the various dealers the deal maker is the free shipping JM offers.
