• 1-2 additional weeks for production
• 2-3 business days for shipping after production

Once your statue, bar, or pendant has entered the design process, you can still cancel your order, but a cancellation fee will apply. Please note that once your statue, bar, or pendant has been produced, orders cannot be canceled. JM Bullion will not process returns for custom products.
