While many of JM Bullion’s customers are precious metals enthusiasts, there is a core group among them that are also collectors at heart. Proof and low-mintage precious metals enthusiasts also have an eye for collectible pieces and a desire to own commemorative or otherwise collectible product lines. At JM Bullion, our catalog is always expanding to continue providing our customers with a variety of options to choose from when shopping. Consider some of these diverse product lineups below.

Tribute Rounds

Tribute rounds fall into our category of Other Products because there is a major difference between these rounds and traditional gold or silver rounds. These tribute rounds may have clad layers, but the core of the blank used in production is often a product known as nickel-silver. This metallic alloy actually consists of 60% copper, 20% zinc, and 20% nickel.

On the plus side, tribute rounds, as the name suggests, are often produced in honor of a big moment in history or an important landmark. Recent examples of this include 2021 Centennial Tribute Rounds for the Morgan Dollar and the Peace Dollar. These historic US silver dollars were both issued in 1921. For the Morgan Dollar, it was the last of 28 separate issues dating back to 1878. For the Peace Dollar, it was the first of a handful of issues that would end in 1935.

While these tribute rounds are produced on nickel-silver blanks, none are without visual appeal and brilliance. While some of the rounds have the visual appearance of silver due to the nickel-silver alloy’s visual finish, others have enhanced layers that include black ruthenium plating throughout the background field and a clad layer of 24-karat gold on the design elements.

Collector Cards

Another of the new product lines you’ll find at JM Bullion is our range of new collector cards. Here, the artwork is the key to the beauty of each piece, as well as collectability. Some cards available on our website have diamond-encrusted finishes. Others boast designs from well-known, though elusive artists. Products with artwork created by Rency, a well-known American underground artist, first appeared on our website in 2021 and celebrate everything from pop-culture art associated with former US Presidents to images celebrating the vastness of Space while honoring the newly formed United States Space Force.
