Web Content Copywriter

Our Opportunity:
The Web Content Copywriter will be responsible for the timely and creative creation of copy for assigned products, assuring accurate, informative, and engaging content to drive an optimal customer experience. This position is part of a team of 7-10 individuals with varying roles that drive merchandising execution and reports directly to the Web Merchandising Manager as part of the Merchandising and Procurement organization. Scope of the role extends to all product lines and websites, with varying objectives based on each site’s strategy.

• Supports content efforts to create copy for items to be merchandised on four unique sites under the JM Bullion umbrella
• Works collaboratively with Web Merchandising team to plan workload and deadlines for upcoming product releases
• Create fresh, relevant content that increases interest in our products and drives action
• Ensures copy is accurate and consistent to provide insights to customers and consistency in experience
• Achieves deadlines necessary to execute go-live dates and coordinated marketing vehicles
• Performs regular competitive assessment to identify areas of improvement and opportunities to capture market share

• Creative thinker capable of writing clear, detailed, and concise content
• Maintain consistent blueprint withing each sites’ profile delivering creative story telling
• Manage periods high volume workload with the potential for short turnaround times
• Demonstrates consistent accuracy in grammar, spelling and context
• Collaborative mindset working toward a common team goal
• Strong computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Hybrid work environment role requiring regular on-site attendance
• College degree required
• 2-5 years of copywriting and content experience
• Precious metals experience is not required
