    About the Position

    Position Summary

    JM Bullion is an online retailer of precious metals, based in Dallas, Texas. We are a young, quickly growing company, looking for sales driven, Customer focused intelligent, friendly people with excellent communication skills to join our sales and support team.

    At JM Bullion, our customer’s satisfaction is one of our highest priorities. As a sales and support specialist, you would be fulfilling one of the most important roles towards that end. As the voice of our company, you should be likeable, organized, self-sufficient, honest and most of all, a great communicator with the ability to apply active listening with a splash of empathy to every customer interaction.

    This role goes beyond a traditional customer sales or support role in several ways. As a sales and support specialist, you will be expected to be a constant advocate for the customer within our company. Expectations involve assisting our customer base in identifying their product needs, closing the sale and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. We will also rely on you for a steady stream of feedback and ideas to improve the overall customer experience. Our team is fairly small, and we are constantly changing and improving, so each individual’s contribution is essential to this process.

    You should be someone who enjoys helping people and can exhibit tremendous patience with customers. Additionally, you should enjoy working in the sometimes pleasantly chaotic environment of this fast growing company.

    Essential Functions

    • The ability to effectively assess the customer’s investment and purchase needs
    • The ability to provide sufficient product information to potential customers and always offering to facilitate the sale on the customer’s behalf
    • The ability to efficiently resolve issues for customers independently, when applicable, and otherwise ensuring responsible follow-up to any unresolved issue
    • Proven ability to recognize opportunities to recommend products to our customers based on their order history whether a sales or service call
    • Ability to provide excellent customer service as may be required
    • Ability to effectively educate the customer on products and services
    • Being a customer advocate by helping to both improve our policies and develop new programs to enhance their experience


    • Associates degree or higher preferred but not required
    • Passionate about helping people
    • Ability to work independently
    • Excellent communicator, both oral and written
    • Honest and dedicated with a pleasant personality
    • Sales focused and service oriented
    • COMPUTER SKILLS: Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and 10 Key preferred
    • Ability to type 35-40 wpm
    • Demonstrated ability to apply active listening and effectively build rapport with customers
    • Able to work 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm.
