As the voice of our company, you should be likeable, organized, self-sufficient, honest and most of all, a great communicator with the ability to apply active listening with a splash of empathy to every customer interaction.
This role goes beyond a traditional customer sales or support role in several ways. As a sales and support specialist, you will be expected to be a constant advocate for the customer within our company. Expectations involve assisting our customer base in identifying their product needs, closing the sale and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. We will also rely on you for a steady stream of feedback and ideas to improve the overall customer experience. Our team is fairly small, and we are constantly changing and improving, so each individual’s contribution is essential to this process.
You should be someone who enjoys helping people and can exhibit tremendous patience with customers. Additionally, you should enjoy working in the sometimes pleasantly chaotic environment of this fast growing company.
