As we head into the holiday season, we aim to keep our customers as informed as possible regarding shipment schedules and delivery dates.
Next week we will be open during normal hours on Monday and Tuesday, and will be taking Wednesday through Friday off for Thanksgiving. Live chat support and email support will still be available around the clock, but phone support will be limited on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
We also will not be shipping any orders on those days, so if you place an order during the scheduled days off, you will likely have to wait until the next week for shipment. Also, any checks that arrive during those days will be held for us and marked Paid on the following Monday. As always, you can order online from our website 24/7/365.
Regarding current orders, we are going to do our best to get everything out by Tuesday, but if you have an order that is scheduled to ship during our off days, there is a chance it may get backed up until after the holiday.
