We strongly suggest sending your items via USPS Registered Mail (signature required) and purchase insurance to cover the full amount of your items. UPS, FedEx, and non-Registered USPS typically do not cover bullion, so we do not recommend these services. Once your order is shipped, please email the tracking number along with your Sales Order ID to email@example.com.
Please note that we are not responsible for your items until they are accepted at our vault. If boxes arrive damaged, we will reject them, and they will be sent back to you. This will help you file a claim if necessary.
Once your package is delivered, please allow up to three (3) business days for us to verify the contents and issue your payment. Our headquarters is in Dallas, Texas and the package is in Las Vegas, Nevada, so it may not be the same day when we let you know that the package arrived.
