Relationship Manager

JM Bullion is looking to add a relationship manager to our operations and logistics team in Dallas, TX.

As an integral part of our operations team, this position would work with vendors, fulfillment providers, and retail customers, with the following direct responsibilities:

• Ensuring accurate and timely incoming vendor shipments
• Work directly with our fulfillment provider to ensure accuracy and promptness of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Expedite inbound and outbound shipments as necessary in accordance with the shipping schedule
• Correspond with Customer Service and Sales to assist with resolving customer issues relating to fulfillment
• Assist the fulfillment team with month end reporting, including resolving system inaccuracies

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 1-5 years of experience in logistics and/or operations
• Prior eCommerce experience is preferred

• Proficient in MS Office
• Intermediate skills required in Excel
