Customer Service Representative

JM Bullion is looking to add customer service representatives to our customer service and sales team in Dallas, TX.

As part of our customer service team, the representative will be responsible for educating customers on the precious metals market, providing updates on customer orders, and answering customer inquiries. JM Bullion employs individuals who enjoy working hard and helping customers. We are looking for smart, friendly people to join our team. Customer service representatives will communicate with customers via:

• Minimum requirement: High School Diploma
• College degree preferred

• Retail Sales or Customer Service Experience a plus

• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel
