Goldbacks offer people an affordable way to invest in the gold market. These unique notes feature a thin layer of actual gold content and are a unique piece of voluntary currency, allowing you the ability to spend literal gold. After the success of the first four releases, South Dakota became the fifth unique state to introduce these notes to their residents. JM Bullion is happy to offer you the 5 South Dakota Goldback Gold Note, available now.
Note Highlights:
Goldbacks were released in 2019 in Utah with five denominations ranging from 1 to 50. In the years that followed, Nevada, New Hampshire, and Wyoming joined the trend. South Dakota marks the fifth state to issue and accept these Goldback notes. Bear in mind that these notes serve as voluntary currency, meaning it’s up to the discretion of the vendor if they accept them or not.
Each 5 South Dakota Goldback Gold Note will arrive within a currency sleeve to preserve the condition of your gold. These Goldbacks are created by fusing gold atomically into thin, clear, polyester sheets. All 5 Goldbacks contain 1/200th of actual gold content.
A depiction of Industria is shown on the obverse field of each 5 South Dakota Goldback Note. Industria is Latin for diligence. This depiction shows her holding a basket full of crops amidst a field of crops. In the background, we can see a row of silos.
The reverse design of the 5 South Dakota Gold Note features a mirrored image of the obverse. Due to the thin nature of these Goldbacks, any design element on the reverse would potentially alter the obverse.
