Please note that Geiger Edelmetalle bars ship in handcrafted wooden boxes from the mint. However, these boxes have shown to warp and/or damage easily during transit. As such, you may or may not receive the original wooden box when buying multiples of these bars. Receiving an original wooden box depends on availability and condition.

When silver mining first took off in Germany, Leipzig in the Saxony region was at the heart of this drive. Founded in 1218, Geiger Edelmetalle has played a vital role in the production and refinement of silver bars from this region of Germany. Today, the company is a family-owned enterprise located in Leipzig with two main facilities.
All 25 x 1 Gram Geiger Square Silver Bars represent the latest in Geiger silver production. This product is a 25 x 1 multicard. Included in this purchase is one large multicard package that includes within it 25 individual silver bars, each one weighing precisely 1 Gram. The bars are packaged together, and available in larger bulk with individual 25 Gram Multicards packaged together in boxes containing 25 multicards for a total of 625 Grams of silver.
On the obverse of each individual 1 Gram bar in the 25 x 1 Gram Geiger Square Silver Bar is an image of the Schloss Guldengossa. This castle was constructed on the outskirts of Leipzig in 1720 and was the first registered headquarters for Geiger Edelmetalle.
The reverse of each individual bar includes the horizontal repeating image of the “LEV” rhombus from Geiger. Included in this design are the latest security features. In the center of each bar, under black light, you’ll find another “LEV” rhombus. The bars are also individually serialized within the multicard package.
All 25 x 1 Gram Geiger Square Silver Bars represent a different production approach from Geiger as well. Like silver bullion coins, you’ll find a raised edge to the rim of these bars. The bars ship with individual assay cards verifying metal weight and content.
