    Utah has a history of trend-setting in American society that reaches as far back as the era of womens suffrage right through to the modern era. The Utah Legal Tender Act of 2011 opened the door for Utahans to spend gold physically in commercial and barter situations again for the first time since 1933, even though the order only applies to businesses in the state that choose to accept physical gold in the form of new Goldback Gold Notes.     Throughout the course of human history, the vast majority of gold has been available in increments that were not small enough for most people to easily interchange on a daily basis when bartering for goods and services. American gold coins were issued through 1933, but with the end of the gold standard and the cessation of gold coining, Americans now lack an easily interchangeable piece of gold.

    All 25 Utah Goldback Gold Notes in this product listing are available to you with individual protective sleeves for shipping and storage. These gold notes represent the smallest increment of interchangeable gold you will find. Inspired by the passage of the Utah Legal Tender Act of 2011, the Utah Goldbacks are privately-issued local barter notes that Utahans can actually use in conjunction with any vendor willing to accept physical gold. Unlike gold bars or large gold coins, these gold notes have easy-to-use increments from 1/20 oz down to 1/1000 oz of gold.

    On the obverse side of the 25 Utah Goldback Gold Note, you will find the image of Victoria as a US suffragette. Victoria was the Roman goddess and personification of victory and she was often depicted holding wheat, a symbol of victory. In this design, Victory holds wheat in one hand with the American flag on a short pole in her left hand.

    Victoria is shown in the role of a suffragette in this design to honor Utahs place in the movement to grant women the right to vote in the United States. Utah granted women the right to vote in 1870, before it was a state, making it just the second US jurisdiction to do so following Wyoming. Victorias figure on these gold notes has a ribbon across her chest that reads Votes Counting Since 1870.

    When will I receive my order?+

    The majority of orders ship out within two to four (2-4) business day of cleared payment. From there, delivery time will vary depending on your selected shipping method. If your order ships via the United States Postal Service, it will usually be delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on your location relevant to our fulfillment center in Las Vegas, Nevada. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, unfortunately, because that is, ultimately, dependent on the mail carrier.     Paper Check: Most paper check orders will be marked Paid by 4:00 p.m. CST the same day the check is deposited; however, we cannot predict how long itll take USPS to get the check to us. Paper checks take 3-5 business days to clear with our Billing Department from the date on which they are marked Paid. Once cleared, most paper check orders ship within 2-4 business days. Depending on shipping method, paper check orders should be delivered within 1-5 business days of shipment.

    ACH: ACH orders will be marked "Paid" within 24 business hours of order placement. ACH payments take 3-5 business days to clear with our Billing Department from the date on which they are marked "Paid." Once cleared, most ACH orders ship within 2-4 business days. Depending on shipping method, ACH orders should be delivered within 1-5 business days of shipment.

    Credit/Debit Card: Most credit/debit card orders will be marked Paid within 24 business hours of order placement. Credit/debit card payments clear immediately, and most of these orders ship within 2-4 business days of cleared payment.     Do you ship to UPS store?+

    No. UPS 3-Day Air service excludes shipments to UPS Stores, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, APO addresses, and P.O. Boxes.

    Is my package insured while in transit?+

    JM Bullion fully insures all of its shipments. Should anything happen while your package is in transit to you, it will be covered by our insurance policy. However, we will not accept responsibility if you have left instructions with any carriers or delivery services to leave parcels unattended for you without the need for a signature, or if you have given the carrier instructions to leave your package with anyone other than the addressee. This includes but is not limited to a building manager, neighbor, a business mailroom, drop-off location such as Mail Boxes etc., The UPS Store, the Military Postal Service, etc. Additionally, we will not assume responsibility for packages that are signed for by apartment/complex building management, a business mailroom, the Military Postal Service or any person(s) that are not the addressee listed on the order.

    When we ship to you, if metals are lost or damaged in transit, it is our responsibility to pursue any claim with the insurance company. If we determine the package is lost or damaged, we file a claim. We reserve the right to re-ship your items or refund your money at our discretion.

    Will I need to sign for my package?+

    Orders under $1000 will not require a signature unless that option is selected and paid for at checkout. Orders over $1000 will always require a signature for delivery.

    My package appears to have been damaged or tampered with. What should I do?+

    We recommend you refuse any shipment that appears to be damaged or tampered with as the shipping insurance ends once signed for and/or delivered. When refused, the package(s) will return to JM Bullion for inspection. If you have taken possession of a damaged or tampered package, please save all packaging and contact JM Bullion at1-800-276-6508 within 48 hours for further instructions. Failure to notify us of damage or tampering within 48 hours fromsignatureor delivery date may impact our ability to cover your claim.

    What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?+

    In the unlikely event your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can begin the claims process. If your items are not recovered, you will be entitled to a full reimbursement of the losses in accordance with the specific shippers insurance policy. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, we must be contacted within the first two (2) days of delivery concerning any damaged packages.

    What happens if my order is lost in transit?+

    In the event, however unlikely, that your order is lost during transit we ask that you contact JM Bullion immediately. Once you contact us, we can begin the claims process. In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, you have a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) from the anticipated delivery date to contact us regarding orders that were lost during transit. If your items cannot be recovered, you are entitled to a reimbursement. Assuming you contact us within 3 days (72 hours), you are entitled to a full reimbursement of your loss in accordance with the specific shippers insurance policy.

    Do you ship internationally?+

    We only ship to U.S. addresses (including P.O. Boxes and APO addresses).

    What happens if my order is damaged in transit?+

    Though unlikely, if your order is damaged during transit and/or any items are missing we require you to contact JM Bullion immediately so we can begin the claims process. If you have taken possession of a shipment that is damaged and/or is missing items, you have 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery to contact us as stated in our Terms and Conditions.

    Do I have to ship my order to my billing address?+

    Depending on your method of payment, it is possible to have your order shipped to an address other than your billing address. If you pay with paper check, bank wire, ACH, Ethereum, Ripple, or bitcoin, you may have your order shipped wherever you please, with two exceptionsUPS locations and mail forwarding locations. If you pay with a credit/debit card, it depends on your order history. If you pay via PayPal, your order must ship to a PayPal Verified address.

    How will I know when my order ships?+

    We will notify you by email once your order ships. You can also check the current status by logging in to your account or using ourTrack An Orderpage.

    How do I choose my shipping method?+

    You may choose how your order is shipped during the checkout process. In the last section of the checkout page, 4 Shipping Method, you will see the available shipping options for your order. If your purchase is eligible for free shipping, the pre-selected option will be base shipping, which is either USPS or UPS at our choice. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, you may choose one of the other options for a small fee. Simply click on the circle next to the shipping method you desire, and your order will be shipped via that method.

    If my order includes an item on presale, will the in-stock items ship first?+

    Unfortunately, due to the way insurance is applied to an order, everything must ship at the same time (i.e., in-stock items must await shipment until all presale items have arrived). Your order will ship in its entirety within 24-72 hours of our receiving the presale item. An email notification will be sent when your order ships.

    How do I ship my buyback order to you?+

    We utilize UPS for all buyback shipments. All parcels must be either picked up by UPS or delivered to a UPS Customer Center. The UPS Store is not the same as a UPS Customer Center. We cannot guarantee liability if the parcel is dropped off at a UPS Store, UPS Access Point, UPS Drop Box, or UPS Authorized Service Providers.

    Alternatively, you can ship your order on your own. If you choose to do so, we strongly recommend sending your items via USPS Registered Mail (Signature Required) and purchase insurance to cover the full amount of your items. Please be advised that it may be faster and more cost-effective to ship your order using our prepaid UPS label than sending your items via USPS Registered Mail (Signature Requied).

    Safe Shipping and Packaging Checklist

    • Secure merchandise in smaller box
      • Use additional packaging materials such as padded envelopes, bubble wrap, paper, foam pad, making sure movement of merchandise is restricted. Shake the package to be sure there is no rattle.
    • Mark tracking information
      • Mark tracking number, shipper, and recipient information outside the smaller box. Its needed in case the shipping information on the outside box gets damaged and becomes illegible during transit.
    • Double box your shipments
      • Place the small box inside a larger courier box. Make sure movement is restricted with additional cushioning and double boxing dramatically increases the strength and integrity of the parcel.
    • Proper enclosure
      • Please seal all seams or flaps on the outside of the box with clear tape in addition to adhesive on flap. This is an important step to avoid any tampering.
    • Proper labeling
      • Beware of wording which might express reference to valuable goods. Obvious words that directly relate to valuables are strictly prohibited. Abbreviate names, i.e. turn Robs coin Shop to Robs Shop.
    • Important Considerations
      • Act as if all packages are not insured
      • Include a packing slip and note a trade # and/or account name so this parcel can be verified properly
      • Never reveal the contents of your shipment, even to the courier
      • Never state a value or reference to valuables anywhere on the box or label
      • Do not ship a package with a value in excess of $60,000 per box. We have provided an adequate number of label(s) to accommodate your shipment.
    Do you ship to US territories?+

    We do not ship to US territories. Due to special requirements set by the postal systems, we are unable to ship outside of U.S. states.

    What does “No Will Call” mean?+

    All UPS shipments ship with a No Will Call restriction, meaning the package cannot be picked up from a UPS location or just left at the delivery address. This is a precaution to prevent orders from being fraudulently intercepted.

    UPS will make three delivery attempts. If nobody is available at the delivery address to sign and accept delivery, the package will be returned to us.

    Where do you ship orders from?+

    All orders will ship from our warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada. We mask our return address on all packages as to not give away the contents of the package.

    Do you ship to PO Boxes?+

    Yes, we do! All orders shipping to a PO Box will ship via USPS.

    Do you offer UPS shipping to Alaska and Hawaii?+

    No, we do not. The costs in shipping to these places is extremely prohibitive, so we utilize USPS on all shipments.

    Do we ship to P.O. Boxes?+

    Yes! When products are shipped via the United States Postal Service, we can ship to a P.O. Box.

    How do you ship orders?+

    Orders are shipped in inconspicuous packaging via either USPS or UPS.* All shipments are fully insured. Our shipping policy, which is based on order size, can be viewedhere.
