Each coin in the series is produced according to strict guidelines for metal purity, weight accuracy, and minting standards. With sizes ranging from one-quarter ounce to as large as five kilograms, the series has expanded over time and is now recognized in markets around the world. Today, 2026 1/4 oz Armenian Gold Noah’s Ark Coins are available from JM Bullion.
Coin Highlights:
According to God’s instructions in Genesis 6:14–16, the Ark was to be 300 cubits long, 50 cubits wide, and 30 cubits high, or approximately 134 by 22 by 13 meters, or 440 by 72 by 43 feet. God commanded Noah to build the Ark of gopherwood, with rooms inside, three decks, a door, and to cover it inside and out with pitch. The Ark was not simply a large boat but a carefully engineered structure designed to withstand the tumultuous conditions of the flood.
All 2026 1/4 oz Armenian Gold Noah’s Ark Coins are available in Brilliant Uncirculated condition and are packaged individually. Each coin includes a Certificate of Authenticity printed on the accompanying card. The Gold Noah’s Ark Series made its debut in 2020, following the introduction of the Silver Noah’s Ark Series in 2011.
The obverse of the 2026 Armenian Gold Noah’s Ark features Armenia’s national coat of arms. Adopted on April 19, 1992, the coat of arms displays an eagle and a lion positioned on either side of a central shield. These symbols have roots in the earliest Armenian kingdoms that predate Christ. The shield itself is divided into four sections containing heraldic imagery, while a smaller image of Noah’s Ark appears in the center, set atop Mount Ararat.
On the reverse of the 2026 1/4 oz Gold Noah’s Ark Coin, the design centers on an image of Noah’s Ark. A white dove carrying an olive branch is shown flying toward the vessel. In the distance, Mount Ararat stands beneath a rising sun, marking the resting place of the ark as described in scripture. The words “Noah’s Ark” are inscribed around the design in both Armenian and English. The combined imagery links the biblical story to Armenia’s cultural and historical heritage.
