The United States Mint reintroduced two iconic silver dollar designs for modern collectors in 2021. That relaunch included new issues of the Morgan Silver Dollar and Peace Silver Dollar, timed to honor the 100th anniversary of the final Morgan and first Peace Dollar releases, both of which occurred in 1921. These reissued coins continue today with their original, time-honored designs. Now, 2025 Morgan Silver Dollar Coins in certified condition are available online at JM Bullion.

Morgan’s original Liberty design appears on the obverse of the 2025 Morgan Silver Dollar. Liberty is shown in a classical left-profile, with a Phrygian cap on her head and her hair cascading down. She also wears a laurel wreath and a coronet, with 13 stars encircling the image.
The reverse face of the 2025 Morgan Dollar Coins features Morgan’s heraldic eagle. This version presents a bald eagle with outstretched wings, facing forward. It holds the olive branch of peace in one talon and the arrows of war in the other.
The Morgan Silver Dollar, designed in 1878, became George T. Morgan’s most famous and enduring contribution to American numismatics. Morgan’s design was both artistically sophisticated and technically challenging to produce, requiring multiple modifications to achieve proper striking characteristics while maintaining the coin’s aesthetic appeal.
These 2025 Morgan Silver Dollar Coins are available in slabs and come in perfect condition. MS70 coins showcase full, original mint luster and no visible flaws. Advanced Release coins are those received for certification before the first day of public availability from the mint.
