The Shawnee are an Algonquian-speaking Native American tribe with a rich cultural heritage dating back centuries. Historically, they were semi-nomadic people who lived in areas spanning from present-day Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania to as far south as Georgia and Alabama. The Shawnee were known for their strong warrior tradition and their skills in agriculture, hunting, and craftsmanship.
