Each release features the animal honored by the Chinese zodiac along with the traditional Chinese character for that animal.

Gold coins are graded MS70 incidating a perfect specimen that showcases the coin’s full, original mint luster. Your coin will showcase varied labels, these can include Early Release or First Strike labels which indicate it was received for grading within 30 days of release. Please note that when you purchase multiple coins, you may receive coins from the same issuing year and with the same labels.
The obverse side of the 2024 Australian Lunar Dragon Gold Coin features the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II. Designed by Jody Clark, Her Majesty is seen in right-profile relief with identifying marks of the coin surrounding her.
The reverse side of the 2024 1 oz Lunar Dragon Gold Coin showcases a dragon flying across the design field. The dragon is seen looking to its right where the traditional Chinese character for the dragon is also shown. Notably, a unique “P125” mint mark is shown indicating the 125th anniversary of the Perth Mint.
