Proof Silver Eagle Coins debuted in 1986 and have been issued each year since then, with the exception of 2009. Now issued by the West Point Mint, the Proof Silver Eagles were previously issued by the San Francisco Mint from 1986 to 1992 and the Philadelphia Mint from 1993 to 2000.
