The obverse of the 2023 Reverse Proof Morgan Dollar features George T. Morgan’s classic portrait of Lady Liberty. She wears a Phrygian cap, laurel wreath, and a coronet crown. The reverse design showcases the traditional heraldic eagle.

For the 2023 Reverse Proof Peace Dollar, the obverse features Anthony de Francisci’s depiction of Liberty in left-profile relief with a radiant crown of light. The reverse includes the image of the American bald eagle perched on a ledge, holding an olive branch in its talons.
