On the obverse of 2023 Colorized Native America the Beautiful Hawaii Silver Coins, we find a group of native Hawaiians traveling in voyaging canoes. Off in the distance, we see the erupting volcano known as Kilauea. The colorized imagery lends an extra sense of realism to the design as we see the red lava reflected vibrantly across the water.
The reverse of 2023 1 oz Colorized Native America the Beautiful Silver Coins contains the official series logo. Present on all coins in this series, this design depicts a bald eagle surrounded by a traditional Native American star pattern. Between each point of the star, you will notice arrowhead designs as well.
