On October 5th, 1962, Dr. No was released in the United Kingdom following months of promotion and anticipation. The film starred Sean Connery as 007 and was based on the 1958 novel by Ian Fleming. While the initial reception of the film was mixed, over the years its reputation has improved such that now it boasts a 95% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes. With plenty of action, humor, and of course Sean Connery’s suave persona, Dr. No delivers everything fans have come to desire in a James Bond adventure.
Each 2022 Tuvalu Silver 60 Years of Bond Coin was produced by the Perth Mint in collaboration with Tuvalu, where they hold legal tender status. These specimens will arrive in Brilliant Uncirculated condition, which means only minor flaws will be visible on the surface.
