When it comes to giving silver as a gift, the readily available American Silver Eagle is a popular choice. While millions of these coins are issued on an annual basis, the US Mint offers only one presentation card with its annual congratulations set. However, dealers often provide special occasion cards for individually packaged coins. Today, 2022 1 oz American Silver Eagle Coins in Yellow Happy Birthday Cards are available to you online from JM Bullion.

Since 1986, the US Mint has issued the 1 oz Silver Eagles to investors and collectors. From 1986 to 2005, the coins came only in Brilliant Uncirculated and Proof versions. In 2006, the collection expanded with the introduction of a Burnished version of the coin to attract a new niche of collectors. In 2021, the US Mint released two versions of the coins throughout the year. The first coins had the final strike of the original reverse design, while the coins issued from July 2021 onward featured the new bald eagle design from Miley Busiek.
All of these 2022 1 oz American Silver Eagle Coins are available to you in special occasion cards. Each coin is individually sealed in its own yellow Happy Birthday-themed card. Perfect for gifting at the next birthday party you attend, these yellow cards have a Happy Birthday greeting with images of party hats, streamers, confetti, and wrapped gifts. The back of the card has the identifying hallmarks of the coin.
On the obverse of 2022 Silver Eagle Coins is an effigy of Lady Liberty. Known as Walking Liberty, this visual shows Liberty in left-profile relief as she walks toward the sun on the horizon with her right hand outstretched and her left carrying branches of oak and laurel. This image was created in 1916 by Adolph A. Weinman.
The reverse side of the 2022 1 oz Silver Eagle comes with a new depiction of the American bald eagle. Created in 2020 by Emily Damstra, this design debuted on the coins in July 2021 and shows an eagle in flight with flexed wings and an oak branch in its talons.
