This level of grading means that each coin is near-perfect; they exhibit original mint luster and have a maximum of two minor flaws. Flaws for PF69 graded coins are usually limited to minuscule marks or hairlines, typically outside the primary focal points of the design. As a First Release edition, these coins were received for certification within 30 days of release from each mint.
