The obverse side of the 2021 O Privy Silver Dollar Coin features Lady Liberty. Designed by George T. Morgan, this depiction of Liberty shows her in left-profile relief wearing a coronet crown, laurel wreath, and a Phrygian cap.
The reverse field of the 2021 O Privy Morgan Dollar Coin showcases the heraldic eagle of Geroge T. Morgan. This design shows an eagle with its wings spread, holding both arrows and an olive branch in its talons. Identifying marks of the coin surround this image.
Each 2021 O Privy Morgan Silver Dollar Coin will arrive in a protective plastic slab from either the PCGS or the NGC. These coins have been graded MS69 which indicates a near-perfect specimen. These coins have their full, original mint luster with a maximum of two minor detracting flaws. These can include small contact marks or hairlines. These coins were struck at the Philadelphia Mint yet have an “O” privy mark for the New Orleans Mint. These coins will also come with varied labels. Please bear in mind that when buying multiples, you could receive coins with the same label.
The Morgan Silver Dollar was in production from 1878 to 1921. Coins were issued annually until 1904 and made a one-year comeback in 1921. A total of five US Mint branches struck a total of over 650 million of these coins during that time.
