The Vivat Humanitas Series debuted at the Pressburg Mint in 2020 as a new collection of multi-year coins for Tokelau. The series joined the Terra, Equilibrium, and Chronos collections available from the mint already. The design on the reverse of the coins in this series changes each year, while offering a steady central design feature upon which the inscriptions are centered.
Vivat Humanitas Silver Series coins are available in 1 oz silver only, with two versions of the coin released. The Brilliant Uncirculated series has a clean finish, while the coins of the Proof-like release come with contrasting finishes on the design elements and background fields of the coins.
The obverse side of 2021 1 oz Tokelau Vivat Humanitas Silver Coins comes with a depiction of Queen Elizabeth II. Like the reverse side, the obverse of the coin will offer some different design elements each year. For this particular release celebrating humanity’s musical accomplishments, the background elements joining the Queen’s effigy in the design include a stylized keyboard, music syllabus, and a soundwave. This all accompanies the right-profile portrait of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II. The design shows the Queen with the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara and was created in 1998 by Ian Rank-Broadley.
On the reverse field of the 2021 Tokelau Vivat Humanitas Silver Coins is an image of the G Clef musical note at the center of vinyl record grooves and other textures. The field of the design includes other musical symbols, an Eighth note, Common time, Chord, and Coda.
These 2021 1 oz Tokelau Vivat Humanitas Silver Coins are available to you in Brilliant Uncirculated condition. You can purchase the coins inside of individual plastic capsules from the mint with an increased mintage compared to the debut year.
