The Back to the Future Collection of 1 oz silver coins from the New Zealand Mint launched in 2020. The first two characters to feature in the coin release depicted the two most important characters from the film trilogy. Marty McFly was among the first releases alongside his pal, Doc Brown. Marty was the teenager whose adventures in the films transported viewers from the 1980s back to the 1950s, forward into the 21st century, and back one more time to the late-19th century across the trilogy. Now, Marty’s girlfriend comes to the coin series.
All of the 2021 1 oz Niue Silver Back to the Future Jennifer Parker Shaped Coins are available from the New Zealand Mint with presentation packaging. The coins are housed in presentation cases with a themed shipper replicating the colorized art depicting Jennifer Parker. The coins come with a Certificate of Authenticity from the mint as well.
On the obverse of 2021 Niue Silver Back to the Future Shaped Coins is an effigy of Queen Elizabeth II. This is the popular right-profile portrait of Queen Elizabeth II designed in 1998 by Ian Rank-Broadley and used widely throughout the Commonwealth nations over more than two decades.
In the reverse of 2021 1 oz Silver Back to the Future Jennifer Parker Shaped Coins is a depiction of Jennifer Parker. The girlfriend of Marty McFly, Jennifer features in each of the films, with her role at its greatest in the second film of the series.
