The production of the coins is based on the same processes of the Burnished American Silver Eagle. Prior to coining, each silver blank is polished in a drum with a burnishing medium that creates the matte visual finishes of the coin. Before and after coining, the specimens are handled by gloved hands to protect the finish of the coins and ensure the beautiful collectible appeal.
