Texas Precious Metals produces one of the only annual .9999 pure silver round collections you will find. Available for the eighth year in a row, the 2020 issue of the Texas Mint Silver Round features the first change in the design with a new reverse element. Although the series has a new design, Texan imagery is still the focus of this impressive series. Today, 2020 1 oz Texas Mint Silver Rounds are available to you online from JM Bullion.
Round Highlights:
Previous issues of the 1 oz Texas Mint Silver Round featured an image of the exterior façade of the Texas State Capitol Building in Austin. It included a statue found on the grounds of the capitol complex and the Texas Bluebonnet, the official state flower. This year, a new design comes to the reverse field of the rounds for the first time since the 2013 introduction of the series.
All 2020 1 oz Texas Mint Silver Rounds in this product listing feature with Brilliant Uncirculated condition. The rounds are available in various quantities with different types of packaging. Individual rounds all arrive in a plastic flip while multiples of 25 are available in protective tubes. There are two box options including a mini-monster box of 250 rounds and a monster box of 500 rounds. Both boxes contain tubes of 25, with the mini-monster box containing 10 tubes and the monster box containing 20 tubes.
The obverse side of 2020 1 oz Texas Mint Silver Rounds features the outline of the Great State of Texas. Over the center of the state is a massive Lone Star with the name of the issuing mint, the date mark for the rounds, and the copyright symbol for the state outline.
On the reverse face of 2020 Texas Mint Silver Rounds is a depiction of three Texians revolutionaries manning the Gonzales cannon during the Battle of Gonzales. Fought in 1835, the military engagement was minimal in its impact on the day, but it helped solidify the sentiments of colonists in Texas against Mexico and launched what would become the Texas Revolution.
