The obverse face of the 2020 1 oz South Korean Silver Chiwoo Cheonwang Medal includes the new image of Do ggae bi introduced for 2020. The design element looks similar overall, with the face of Do ggae bi depicted on the shield of Chiwoo Cheonwang. However, the new design for 2020 has a greater emphasis on some of the beast’s physical features and a grin on its face instead. The enhanced features include the teeth in its grin, flared nostrils, and thicker eyebrows. You will also notice the bull's horns on its head.

On the reverse side of 2020 1 oz South Korean Silver Chiwoo Cheonwang Medals is a vision of Chiwoo Cheonwang standing at the doors of the Hell Gate.
