She is featured in left-profile relief with a wreath crown in one hand representing self-governance and the broken chains of servitude in her other hand representing the break from Spanish colonial control.
The reverse side of 2020 Mexican Silver Libertads includes the coat of arms for Mexico. The seal is featured with a golden eagle battling a serpent. The duo is perched on a cactus arm with “Estados Unidos Mexicanos” above the seal and a wreath below the seal.
