Proof Silver Queens Beast Coins offer something different to silver buyers. The bullion range has a 2 oz silver bullion coin, the first-ever of its kind from the Royal Mint, and a 10 oz silver bullion coin. The proof range includes a 1 oz, 5 oz, 10 oz, and 1 Kilo option for collectors. That makes the 10 oz silver coin the only one available across both the investment-grade and collectible releases.
Another unique aspect of the Proof Silver Queens Beast collection is the difference in purity. Both the gold and silver bullion coins in the collection feature .9999 metal purity, but the silver proof coins have .999 pure silver instead.
On the reverse of 2019 10 oz Proof British Silver Queens Beast Yale of Beaufort Coins is the image of the mythical beast included in Lady Margarets original coat of arms. The Yale is alternatively depicted as an antelope- or goat-like figure in European mythology and is often associated with regal families.
The Yale of Beaufort followed the lineage of John Beaufort, Duke of Somerset, to the British Royal Arms through his only heir. Lady Margaret was the only heir of the Duke when he died. She would take up the coat of arms that bore the image of the Yale and carry it through her four marriages. Her second marriage, to Edmund Tudor, resulted in her only child. Her son Henry founded the Tudor dynasty as King Henry VII. He bore his mothers coat of arms throughout his life as King of England.
For the obverse of 2019 10 oz Proof British Silver Queens Beast Yale of Beaufort Coins, Queen Elizabeth IIs right-profile effigy features on the coins design field. She is shown here in a fifth-generation design from Jody Clark.
These 2019 10 oz Proof British Silver Queens Beast Coins come to you with individual capsules and a Royal Mint display box. Included inside of the box is an individually numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
