Debuting in 2017, the program is the first ever from SilverTowne in silver bullion with an issued face value. The coins are struck on behalf of the Pacific Ocean nation of Niue and feature a supported face value in New Zealand dollars (NZD), the official currency of Niue.

The edges have alternating raised and sunk ridges that allow buyers to stack the coins securely. This is the right-profile portrait of Her Majesty created in 1998 by Ian Rank-Broadley for the Royal Mint of England. The design represents the fourth-generation effigy of the Queen during her long reign as Queen of England.
