In the Queen’s Beast Series of coins from the Royal Mint of England, there are a planned 10 designs to be released through 2021, which each coin reflecting one of the ten animals present in a carving at the coronation ceremony of Queen Elizabeth II. Coin Highlights:
The White Falcon of the Plantagenets belongs to one of England’s longest-reigning houses. The Plantagenets actually originated in France and came to power in England with the accession of King Henry II to the throne. The family would hold the throne through the beginning of Henry II’s rule in 1154 to 1485 when King Richard III died in battle.
All 2019 1 oz British Gold Queen’s beast Falcon of the Plantagenets Coins are available to purchase individually or in bulk. The individual gold bullion coins are housed in protective packaging. Orders of multiple coins are available inside of tubes of 10 coins or Monster Boxes of 100 coins with ten tubes in total.
The British Gold Queen’s Beast Coins feature the beautiful guilloche background design element for the obverse side of the coins. This helps to deflect light as it hits the coin and gives the appearance of braided rope.
