The Reverse Proof Mexican Gold Libertad Coin is the third version of the Gold Libertad from the Mexican Mint. The bullion coins debuted in 1981 and have been available annually since 1991 in a total of five weights. The standard proof version of the Gold Libertad was first offered in 1983 in 1 oz, 1989 in 1/2 oz, and then 2004 in 1/4 oz. Since 2005, the Mexican Mint has issued all five weights annually with the exception of 2012. The reverse proof now joins the series with capped mintage figures of 1,000.
On the obverse side of 2019 1/2 oz Reverse Proof Mexican Gold Libertad Coins, you will find the image of Winged Victory in the foreground.
