Each of the 2016 5 oz ATB Cumberland Gap National Historic Park Silver Coins in this product listing is a Mint State 69 product with a PL designation from the NGC. Coins in this condition exhibit full, original mint luster, but also contain a maximum of two minor detracting flaws located outside the primary focal areas on the surface. The proof-like designation indicates these coins have slight matte or mirrored properties similar to a proof coin, even though they are bullion.
