Each of these 2015 British Silver Britannia Coins has been given an MS69 grade from the NGC. Coins with this grade still have an attractive, sharp strike to mint marks and year of minting engravings, with no more than two blemishes on the coin’s surface. The Early Release labels designate that the coins were received by NGC within the first 30 days of the coin’s release.
On the reverse side of the 2015 British Silver Britannia is the image of Britannia herself. She is visible standing guard along the English coastline. A trident in her right hand gives her control over the seas, while the shield in her left defends Britain from invasion. The Union Jack, England’s national flag, is featured on the front of the shield. Ian Rank-Broadley’s famous right-profile portrait of Queen Elizabeth II graces the obverse side of the coin.
