Each of these 2014 $1 Baseball Hall of Fame Silver Coins has a PR70 grade from the Professional Coin Grading Service, identifying them as perfectly struck proofs. When a coin is labeled DCAM, or deep cameo, it means the design is strong and frosted, with a background field that is deeply mirrored and clear of any marks. Cassie McFarland’s photo and signature appear on a label included in the sealed packaging on the coins in this listing.
The reverse side of each coin bears the image of an open baseball glove. On the obverse side is a 3D depiction of a baseball. The curved design of the obverse is a first-of-its-kind coin from the US Mint.
