Limited Mintage of 5,000 Coins!

Each of these coins feature a scene with two members of the Canadian Army as they are training with a machine gun. In this image, a private is holding a Vickers machine gun which is sitting on a tripod. Standing aside the private is his sergeant who is pointing off into the distance towards the target. In the background of this scene is the great Canadian wilderness. The years 1939 and 2014 are inscribed above the private to denote the 75th anniversary of the war. To the right is the nation’s name “Canada” and face value “30 Dollars.”
The coin’s obverse side showcases Susasnna Blunt’s portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. In her depiction of the queen, she is turned in profile facing right. Inscriptions for the queen’s name “Elizabeth II” are marked to her left with the phrase “D.G. Regina” marked to the right. Worth noting is that this is only the second 2 oz fine silver coin that the Royal Canadian Mint has ever produced and only 5,000 coins have been struck worldwide.
