It’s the 7th time in the series that two Kookaburras have been featured on the reverse.
The obverse field of the 2006 Australian Silver Kookaburra Coin features Ian Rank-Broadley’s effigy of Queen Elizabeth II. Her Majesty is seen in right-profile relief donning the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland diamond tiara. Identifying marks of the coin are surrounding the image.
The reverse side of the 2006 1 oz Silver Kookaburra Coin showcases two Kookaburras. The birds are both seen perched on a branch in the center of the design field. This image was designed by Ryan Vanderwiel. Identifying marks surround the image.
