Right now, 1993-P 1 oz Proof American Silver Eagle Coins in perfect condition are available online at JM Bullion.
Coin Highlights:
Each of the 1993-P 1 oz Proof American Silver Eagle Coins listed here comes in an NGC plastic slab with a PF70 certification. Coins in this condition are considered perfect specimens with full, original mint luster and no detractions. UCAM stands for ultra-cameo and indicates that the coins have strong, frosted designs with deeply-mirrored, clear fields.
From 1986 to 1992, the Proof Silver Eagle was struck by the San Francisco Mint branch of the US Mint. The 1993 release was the first to be struck by the Philadelphia Mint. Coining would continue at Philadelphia through 2000, with production shifting to the West Point Mint in 2001.
The obverse of the 1993-P Proof American Silver Eagle features the design of Walking Liberty. Developed in 1916 by Adolph A. Weinman for the US half dollar, the image shows Liberty’s full-length figure in left-profile relief as she walks toward the sun on the horizon with the American flag draped around her shoulders.
On the reverse side of 1993-P 1 oz Proof Silver Eagles, you will find the image of the heraldic eagle. This design was modified in 1986 by John Mercanti. It is based on the historic 1794 depiction of the seal from Robert Scot that has been modified for various denominations of US coinage over the last two centuries.
